Hi everyone,
Just wanted to let you know that the proofs from this past weekend's Labrador Retriever Club of Greater Boston/Colonial Shetland Sheepdog Club's Agility Trial in North Smithfield, RI are now available for viewing. Since this was an indoor event, prints cannot be ordered any larger than 5X7 for maximum quality. Also, please note that the low-light equipment I rented especially for this weekend's event malfunctioned ALL weekend, therefore I missed capturing many of the dogs running. I'm very sorry about that and hope to see you all running in two weeks at NEMA's Agility Trial in Westford, MA. Please enjoy the proofs and let me know if you have any questions, comments, etc. Thanks!

ACT UP NADAC Trial Proofs Available

Hello all,

The proofs from the ACT UP NADAC Trial in Wrentham this past weekend are now available online. Just go to my website, www.DonnaKelliher.com, click on "Proofs" and then on your event. Please bear in mind that these proofs have not been edited in any way. All images will be edited for maximum impact -- cropped, brightened, color corrected, etc -- when ordered. Can't tell if an image will be satisfactory from the proof, email me the proof number, I'll edit the image for you and email you a proof so you can better make your decision. And as always, your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. Not happy with your prints, I will reprint until you are or refund your money!!

NCNE Draft Test -- Online Proofs Available

I had a wonderful time photographing the Newfoundland Club of New England's Draft Test this weekend. Thankfully, we had beautiful sunshine both days and the rain held off until after the tests. Congratulations to the new Draft Dogs (DD), Ellie, Olivia, Louis, Maxine (DD2) and the team of Nemo and Parker who earned their Team Draft Dog (TDD) title. The online proofs from this event are all posted and available online. Luna Portrait Session

Had the pleasure of photographing Luna, an adorable 20-week-old puppy, this past weekend. She was wonderful, so full of fun and happiness (and remarkably well-behaved, but what would you expect from a graduate of Canine University's Puppy Kindergarten class, even if I wasn't her instructor ;-)). Remember you still have a couple of weeks to take advantage of my off-season, 20% discount on portrait sessions (good on all sessions booked by March 31). Enjoy a couple shots of beautiful Luna.

Now that the days are getting longer and thoughts are turning to spring (well at least my thoughts are turning to spring, I am DONE with winter), now is a great time to book a portrait session and take advantage of my 20% Off-Season Discount (a $30 discount off the usual $150 session fee!!) good for all sessions booked and photographed before March 30. I have some gorgeous locations (even at this time of year) for wonderful sessions. Want more than just traditional portraits? Take a look at some "action" portraits from a recent session at Singing Beach in Manchester-by-the-Sea. So, if you have a dog who loves chasing tennis balls, or catching frisbees, or whatever, I can capture those special joyful moments when they're doing what they love best.

Three days in lovely Burnham, Maine in September photographing great working dogs doing what they were bred for and love to do. It doesn't get any better than this. Looks like sunny skies and cool weather in Maine, perfect weather for both the dogs working and great photos :-)).

I just wanted to let everyone know that the proofs from ARFF's USDAA Trial in Westford, MA on Sept. 5 & 6 are now available online. Please note that all event proofs are UNEDITED. When ordered all photographs will be cropped for maximum impact, color corrected, lightened, darkened, etc as need to produce a high quality print you will treasure. And as always your satisfaction is guaranteed, don't like your print, I'll either redo it until you do, or refund you money. And remember, free web-size digital files are included with every print ordered -- great for personal web usage, emailing to friends and family and use on social networking sites. Thanks again!!!

Great weather, great dogs, and a very busy weekend of shooting. I would like to thank Joan Lawson, Val Duff, Sue Paterson and ALL the Riverside crew for inviting me to photograph this event yet again. July 26 - 27 Lake Champlain Retriever Club Hunt Test. Addison, VT This is a "double/double" test with one Master Test, and a Junior and Senior Test both days. It's gonna be a busy weekend, thankfully Karen Hocker Photography and I will be covering this event together.

I'm proud to have been chosen to photograph the 2009 CPE Nationals in Greenfield, MA. Looking forward to 3 days of photographing great dogs and handlers from all around the U.S. and Canada. Published Works -- New Book Illustrated by Donna Kelliher Photography

I am proud to announce the publication of the "Everything Dog Training and Tricks Book" which is exclusively illustrated with photographs by Donna Kelliher Photography!!! These were all new, studio photos commissioned by the publisher featuring dogs performing a myriad of tricks and illustrating various training scenarios. It was a blast to photograph and I would like to thank all my willing canine models and their human counterparts for their assistance in this endeavor -- including my two Goldens, Casey and Rio, who are featured in several photos, including my favorite, "gimme a kiss"(see sidebar for photo). This is a wonderful book for both the novice and experienced dog trainer and features lots of fun tricks to teach your dog on those rainy days.
